Consult then transfer function - set default consult option

Hi all,

Is it possible to set the default consult option for the "consult then transfer" function?

I want to set the default consult option to "Teams audio call" and not "Chat".

Hi @StevenJohns1015,

unfortunately, there is no direct method to designate "Teams audio call" as the default consult option, as opposed to "Chat."

There is a desire among many users for the ability to set the "Teams audio call" as a default consult option for the “consult then transfer” function:

You can consider providing feedback on Mcirosoft Feedback Portal (Microsoft Teams · Community) to Microsoft about this issue (request), or you can send a feedback directly from Microsoft Teams by clicking on ... > Help > Give Feedback.
