Connect Cisco with Teams
Hi,
In our project, we are using Cisco devices to connect with other team members using Webex. But that is not handy. Can we integrate Cisco with Teams on Cisco device or are there limitations?
Looking forward to your reply.

I'm assuming you're referring to Cisco Video Endpoints? If they are registered to ControlHub, you can follow some of the instructions here to ensure they can join a Microsoft teams meeting.

There are broadly two options
1. Newer devices where Cisco has integrated the Teams Meeting Room Experience - see Teams Rooms certified systems and peripherals - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn for the list. These can be set up as Teams Rooms with their own accounts etc as per the Cisco and Microsoft documentation. This will provide a complete experience.
2. Any VC device using a CVI integration like Cisco Webex Video Integration for Teams. This is a cloud gateway service which allows most VC devices to 'dial-in' to a Teams meeting. It supports video and screen sharing, but not more native features like PowerPoint Live, Whiteboard, Chat etc,
