Cisco Phone CP-8832 disconnects after join Teams meeting
Hello,
User-A scheduled Teams meeting and he is trying to join using as additional
Cisco Phone CP-8832 using audio, automatically disconnects after join Teams meeting within few minutes for particular user.
if User B scheduled Teams meeting and joined User A as Cisco Phone CP-8832 using audio, working fine
Can you please guide me how to troubleshoot on this.

- Hi,
Can you please let me know are you trying to join the Teams Meeting via the join meeting link or via the PSTN Dial-in into the Meeting Bridge. Seems more specific issue with the Calling Policies assigned to the two users while they are scheduling the meeting.
Can you please check if the Calling Policies assigned to the users are same?

Satish U Is this configured via Direct Routing or via SIP Gateway.
