Cannot Resume Call after Failed Transfer
We have recently moved to Teams and so far things seem to be good aside from 1 issue
I get all incoming calls to the business, I will hit consult then transfer > Teams Audio call, but if the other end doesn't pick up then I cannot resume the original call they are still there but nothing happens I end up having to terminate the call.
Has anyone else had this issue?
TiffanyDarby The resume button should work, I would expect that's something that your IT department will need to investigate because it will be related to how they have configured phone calls to be delivered to Teams.

Hi TiffanyDarby , are you using a Microsoft Calling plan or getting your calls through different route? If it's not Microsoft I would check with the carrier as they might have an error in how they are connecting to Teams.
As soon as you start Consult then Transfer your initial call goes on hold, you can return to it by presing resume in the controls for that call. Some more details on what you are seeing and buttons would help people here understand what's happening.

I'm not sure sorry to your first point. We had our business landline number ported over to teams and our IT Department set it up.
I press resume in the original call and nothing happens which is my issue, I am an extremely novice user to this so don't understand all the abbreviations people are using in these posts. We have a subscription to 365 Business Voice but that is the extent of my knowledge...
