Calling Disabled?

I can't call on my laptop but i can on my phone?

This is on a normal chat, Not a team.

  • Hi,

You have 22 persons in that chat, the limit it 20 to make calls.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/limits-specifications-teams

If you have more than 20 people in a chat, the following chat features are turned off: Outlook automatic replies and Teams status messages; typing indicator; video and audio calling; sharing; read receipts.

It is probably better for you to create a team for those users or invite them to a meeting.

If calling to another Teams user is disabled, it is usually due to a policy disabling that. Check with your Teams administrator
