Auto Attendant Directory Search
We've had our directory search setup for quite some time and all of a sudden it can't find any of our users. As a test, We setup an additional attendant that didn't have any user groups so it included all online users but it still never finds any users. Anyone else have this issue?
Sarah2006 Last Friday our dial by extension stopped working also. It's weird. When testing yesterday I could dial into 3 (out of 9) extensions and the others got the message, "Sorry I didn't find anyone with this extension number". All user extension numbers are formated the exact same way +1715#######x## and have been working for over a year until now.
