Sarah2006 Last Friday our dial by extension stopped working also. It's weird. When testing yesterday I could dial into 3 (out of 9) extensions and the others got the message, "Sorry I didn't find anyone with this extension number". All user extension numbers are formated the exact same way +1715#######x## and have been working for over a year until now.
