Android Teams phone keeps logging out after 20 mins or so

We have Android Teams phones which are managed by Intune. The phones are supposed to go to company portal during initial login process and register with Intune using device administrator enrollment. We are having a problem where the phone seems to login and stays logged in for 20 mins or so, but then logs out. The phone is not shown in the Android devices list in Intune as well.

What can I do to identify the root cause and what could be causing it?
