Accessing a meeting from a Teams meeting invite
Hello,
Having a random issue when users try to access a Teams meeting via invite, the meeting will not open. the only way to get it to work is to close Teams, kill the process in Task Manager, and then click the invite link then Teams will open and respond as normal.
Has anyone experienced this and if so, is there a more permanent solution?

- MaxiTaxiCopper ContributorHello everyone,
Are there any new findings on this? I have just returned from vacation with further complaints about this issue. - MaxiTaxiCopper ContributorHi Paul,
do you have an update on this, I have customers here with the same problem.- Paul_RalphCopper Contributor
MaxiTaxi negative and not a word from Microsoft either.
- TorstenSCopper Contributorhaving the same issue with some users. And it's NOT related to the Outlook Addin not being active. In Outlook they just click on the link or the button in the invite and nothing happens. Only killing the Teams process / restarting the PC would help.

NarasimaPerumal Chandramohan The Teams meeting add-in is enabled and functions as I can create a Teams meeting without issue. The only, thing I can think of that would cause this is if the meeting was created with Teams OLD and I am using Teams NEW. along with this, I am also getting reports from users who lose control of buttons in Teams NEW after a video call. the only way to have the program respond again is to run a repair of the App, this is not a solution, and I hope Microsoft can fix this fast!
