Device sync Error - The sync could not be initiated (0x80190194)

Hi all,

 

We are having several Windows 10 devices that could not be synced.

On the devices, the sync status shows: "The sync could not be initiated (0x80190194)"

Troubleshooting to Event Viewer, I keep getting an error: "MDM Session: OMA-DM message failed to be sent. Result: (Not found (404).)."

 

Do you guys have any idea on how to deal with that?
