Would it be possible for the Form to be completed by 1 person multiple times?

Hi, hoping someone would be able to answer my question about the Microsoft Form being completed by 1 person multiple times? I'm hoping to create a form that would provide me information that I would need to complete a task and the form can just be completed multiple times with the information I require.  If not forms, is there another app that would be better suited for my needs?

@MelissaFong if you don't check the checkbox for "one response per person" in the form settings then a user can submit the form multiple times.
