Street Address

What is the best way ask a participant their street address? Is there a way to breakout:

Street

City

State

Zip

without having a separate question for each?

@paddle64 no there's no way to break out the address like that. It would either need separate questions or you'd need to do some post-submission processing, possibly with a flow in Power Automate to split the street address. But that's fraught with problems because users will find all sorts of different ways to type the address however much you guide them - and often won't type it correctly anyway!

Considering Forms have been around for a while now it seems there is still not solution to this. The Forms function is great but not many of us do Quizzes all the time. I need to collect address details with mandatory field entries in one view, not over several questions running into countless pages.
