Quiz not visible in Microsoft forms

Hi,

 

I have a quiz in a SharePoint communication site, everyone is able to interact and submit answers but I cannot see the responses or the form I created in Microsoft forms.

 

Any suggestions????

    paudieHealy If the quiz is a List in a SharePoint site then that's a different technology than Microsoft Forms which is it's own packaged app.
