Problems with form

Hello, I created a form on Forms two days ago. I collected a lot of data, but now I can't access it. The form no longer appears as belonging to me in my account, and an error message is displayed. I really need the data urgently!

The form was created using a Microsoft Account and you were attempting to access it with a Commercial Account, results in a no-permission error. Please use your Microsoft Account to access the form.
