Polls in Microsoft Teams Desktop app not allowing participant responses - CID error message

We were just running a test webinar with a few people to determine whether Teams with Q&A and Polls would suit our needs. Each of the polls we tested with different questions failed. We received the below CID error codes. This makes us nervous for the stability of the product. Is this an issue for any other users? Does anyone know of troubleshooting approaches or workarounds?
