I created a simple form for our remote users to easily submit IT help tickets. My second question on the form is a choice question, but as you can see in the image (link below), the formatting on the choices looks awful. I tested on Chrome and it looks fine. Safari seems to have an issue with the format.
Is there any fix for this?
