Microsoft Forms Templates
Does MS Forms have an option download templates users can work off on? I want to create a survey but I do not want to start from scratch.

skystars on an existing form click on the Share link in the top right, select "Share as a template" and copy the link that is shown to anyone who needs to create a copy of the form from the template.
