Microsoft forms linking to excel

I have created a form and would like it to automatically download save responses into an excel document that is hosted in a sharepoint folder. 

Is it possible to reverse link forms to excel or would I have to recreate the form from excel?

I would like to keep the same survey link as it is constantly live.
