I've been trying to implement MS Forms as our company's Customer Complaint Management System. But whenever I tried to add column in the online Excel sheet to capture info I don't want to capture from the form, the data from the form would just stop syncing with the Sheet. It will show up on the form response but none on the online Excel sheet.
