Are there any solutions to linking a Microsoft Forms table to a SharePoint List? I unfortunately cannot use Power Automate. I have tried adding both the Excel Forms Table and List Table to an Access database, and tried to append the queries when a new row was added, but I have to manually click the query to run. Is there any solutions?
