I have multiple microsoft accounts. One of them (admin) has access to the FORMS document created by my colleague. Yet each time I log in to my 'admin' account and click the FORMS app, it opens in a new window with the account being my other account.
In the picture at the top right corner, it only has my other account. The authenticated account I utilize as an admin is on a different browser than my regular account. Of course, since it doesn't recognize my other account, I cannot view ANY of the forms created by my organization.
How do I get FORMS to recognize me as 'admin'?

You can try a few things. First, open a browser in private mode and try to access the forms portal at https://forms.office.com/Pages/DesignPageV2.aspx. When prompted to log in, use your admin account. Second, log off any other accounts and only keep the admin account active.
