Hi, when I click on "open in Excel", the Excel workbook does not show all the responses - some cells are empty. For example, I can see a respondent's answers to question 1, 3, 5, but not 2 and 4. This happens randomly to every answer. What's also puzzling is that the workbook also does not include timestamps and the respondents' names (the option for showing names is selected).
Anybody knows what's going on? Thank you!
