Our company has office 365 for the company and we need some of the employees to be able to use Microsoft Forms.
I've already managed to understand that they have to be configured as belonging to the organization of the company, in order to be able to send files through Forms.
My question is if it is enough to put the user as active in the administration center, or if each user will have to have an Office license?
When buying office 365 bussiness, there is also a Form version, do we have to buy a special Forms license for the remaining active users to use Forms (sending files)?
