Hidden question in Forms

Is there a way to add a hidden question to a Form that only the owner of the form can see? I would like to be able to have a column on the downloadable Excel sheet to track follow ups to surveys.

@pfarme no, that's not possible with Forms on its own. You would need to build a flow in Power Automate to save the response into a SharePoint list and could have  a column there for follow-ups depending on answers in the form.
