Forms pro not working on mobile/iOS

Hi all,

I spent a long time migrating a form to pro, only for the form to not work on iPads.

The symptoms are:

• On first opening the form, fields can be selected but no data can be entered (typing on the keyboard does nothing)
• Reloading/opening the form again just shows a blank white screen - sometimes the "loading" icon will appear for a second

The old form, which I have had to revert back to, works fine.

This happens on iPads 7th gen, Air 2, running various versions of iPadOS13 and my iPhone XS on 13.6.1.
