Forms not working

Hello,

We've been using MS Forms to collect inputs from registrants for a training, but today it stopped working. We can't even access our forms on the web version.

We are getting a "A problem has occurred. Please try again." Technical Details

Is there anything you can do to rectify?

Also, when it was working, we could not see all of the responses. We asked help from Support / Feedback links but did not get a response since early last week.
