Forms Link in email is not working.

Hi
Need some urgent assistance please. I have created a Form for a survey for a research project. The link in the email is not working and coming up with an Error code.

It is important that I can resolve this and get the email out as soon as possible.

@Katie_Sykes I am also having the same issue. I have sent a customer survey out today and the form is blank. Yesterday I tested and it was working. I hope they fix this very soon!
