Forms: how to recover service of the sender

When a forms is submitted, we automatically recover the date, name, email of the sender into the excel file. I just wanted to also recover the service of the sender, but i don't know how to make it.

Please, could you help me?

Hello RobElliott, I mean the service of the entreprise of the contact. It is also bracketted on the side of the sender mail in outlook.
