Hi All,
First time post, I have created a form which takes an upload file. Now this was working fine all of yesterday however now today when I try to submit the form I get the below two errors. the first one is when I hit it once then when I try to submit again I get the second error. The files do however get saved into sharepoint but im trying to create a flow so I can manipulate the form answers however it won't be getting the 'submission' through for me to activate my flow.
Any idea why this is happening? This is a group form for one of my sharepoints.
