Form not showing all answers

Hello all! My newest form is showing 6 answers in the summary (there are 7 questions but none were marked as required) but I count 8 responses based on some of the multiple choice questions. The "latest responses" window shows short answer responses that do not appear when I export to excel. Maybe I've setup something wrong.
