Form Lost
Hello, I have a user that just lost is form, I checked with him to insure he did not delete it, (still have form in the trash ) but this link is still into the "recent" folder but without owner ...
NorbP One possible reason could be that the user is not the owner but a co-author of that form. Since the owner has been removed from your organization and the data has been purged, there is no way to retrieve them.
DingkunXieThanks but the users still do exist and still have other forms 😞 any other idea ? or if not idea why how to get back the data ?

DingkunXieI wasn't aware that you can be co author, is there a way to list from an admin perspective all authors ?
- DingkunXieUnfortunately, there is no such functionality available for tenant admins. You will need to submit a support ticket to the product team, and they will be able to assist you with your request.
