Edit forms dissapeared from teams channel

Hi,

Created form survey in teams yesterday. Today the same form will not load in teams... I'm not able to edit nor see the form. 

I'm able to find and edit Excel speadsheet created from forms (found it under files) but it's of no use to me when forms doesn't work...

Any suggestions?

Hi @kistorp,

If you can't reach the site, then it would likely either be

1.) You haven't got Forms assigned as a licence
2.) There is an issue with Forms

In that case I would wait some time, and if the issue persists raise a ticket with Microsoft via the Microsoft 365 portal.
