Co-edit response on Forms

Hi,

We'd like to create a simple appraisal system using Forms - the recipient of the form would complete long answers to questions and then submits the form to the owner/reviewer. We would then like the owner/reviewer to be able to add comments and/or edit the recipient's responses during an appraisal meeting with the original recipient. Any thoughts on how or if that can be done?

@jonny_edu that can't be done with Forms, it is a simple one pass form, the responses can't be edited or comments added. To achieve something similar to this this you would need to build an approval flow in Power Automate that saves the responses into a SharePoint list where there would be columns for comments, the reviewers name eyc and the responses could be amended.
