Hi,

Is there a way to limit the number of responses for a particular question? Would like to setup a sign up sheet for events, where each event has a certain number of sign up only.  Once the capacity is reached, the event will disappear from the list.

You don’t really have access to the form data from flow etc. so it’s not really possible at this time. If only powerapps would have an anonymous screen option ;).

But I guess that begs the question are the people filling this out internal to the tenant or external?
