Can I have multiple Forms tabs, in different Channels, in Microsoft Teams?

I have three forms that I would like to have as separate tabs, two in a public Teams channel and the other in private channel in the same Team site.   Currently, I don't appear to be able to add the Forms tab to the private channel, but I can add additional Forms to the General (public) channel in this particular Teams. 

Are Forms tabs just not allowed in private channels?   Or it is because the Forms app has already been added to the General public channel of this Teams?

Hi, I am having the same issue with a brand new Team. It has the General channel, a public channel and a private channel. I can only add forms to the General and the public 😞

I really want to have a form in the private channel !

Does anyone know if this is possible?
