Branching rules

Copper Contributor

Hello,

I am currently creating a survey with Microsoft Forms Pro. Here you have the possibility to define branching rules.

If a respondent on a scale from 1 to 5 is rated 1, 2 or 3 (very bad, bad, medium) I would like to add a follow-up question "Why...".

I have defined the following:
Question --> is smaller than --> 4
True: Display / Navigate to --> Question --> ...
False: Hide --> Question --> ...

However, the follow-up question "Why..." always remains until something has been clicked. Can this be turned off? The question function "invisible" apparently does not work.

Many thanks for the help!

Many greetings

Oliver

Got it - did a bit of testing. Here are the rules

If answer greater than 3 > Hide Question

If answer less than 4 > Show Question

You can test it here

Hope that answers your question!
