Same issue here, same workaround - so thanks. Nothing noted from MS on service health that I can see, but its clearly a global MS issue. There's something about poll issues under Exchange, but I don't think that's the same issue. I am seeing a message about using incognito/inprivate browser due to issues when accessing booking page, but that doesn't seem to be relevant to this. Quite frustrating, as its such a useful tool. Making my meeting public works, but that's obviously not not ideal. Something has changed recently that has caused this. Cloud is a gift at times, but a PITA at others!
Some news: early in the morning I went to my Personal Booking Page and found a new red message at the top of website: "We are experiencing issue with private meeting type links. The issue will be resolved by 4-Sep-2023. We regret the inconvenience".

At least they know about this and they're working to fix it.

Seems to be fixed now

We are still experiencing this issue.  What do we need to do to get it resolved?

Just to say, this is working again for me now (UK)

Hi @SallyPgy

Apologies for the inconvenience, we had an intermittent issue for Private meeting links. This is resolved now.

Thanks!

@Sreereji Amazing, there was just some chat on another thread about another issue that the techcommunity pages were just set up for users to vent frustration, but nobody from Microsoft every looks at them, or replies, so Kudos to you Sreereji!
What would be really useful to know, is where MS actually wants feedback.
Uservoice is gone. Is microsoft actively looking at tech community, or is it now pretty much purely through the feedback hub. Please tell is where we are best to post issues and problems, and I end up having to post in both.
On that note, this other bookings request I have found has been around since 2020.. A colleague just raised it on the feedback hub. Any chance in getting this?
(or even a "yeah, we will check it out, it might be feasible).

@SallyPgy I am having this same issue now and it's October 2nd.  Was there ever a fix?

I just learned from two potential clients that the bookings links that I can access just fine are not accessible to external visitors (everyone that will use link).
Also having this issue, occurs when the meeting type is private and the recipient tries to access the link as a guest.

I have the exact same problem @SallyPgy

I face the same issue. Moving to private or public did not solve anything, even cleaning and setting up everything from scratch. The only time it works is when i (the organizer) click on the link. All others get the error message.

Once again, same issue: "This link is not valid", whether Public or Private. After this discussion was opened, MS fixed it and throughout all September just worked fine. Now, one more time, it's broke! I'm really sick of this behavior. Lots of clients ask me what's going on with my bookings links. Also, there are some weird new issues: after you edit a meeting box, when you try to edit another or the same, it shows an entire new form to create a new one. I need to refresh Bookings webpage. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

@PabloEVarisco Having the exact same issues. And also with the editing!

@Ashleigh1116 - please copy the URL again and share, it should work.

If this is still not working, please share the URL with us or open a support ticket so that we can have more details.

Hey @Sreereji, I have created support request INC34430645 for this issue. I have confirmed this issue is still occurring for me at the time of posting.

@SallyPgy the link works for me, but only if I am logged out or using an incognito/private browser window. The links should work for both internal and external users. They do not.

these are public links. Many clients will be logged into their own Microsoft account and those must work for anon as well as logged in users. What a debacle.

@Sreereji

I am having the same issue, with public, as of today. Please advise.

I am having the exact opposite of this. Public bookings don't work but private meetings do
I was having this same issue today. I cleared my cache and cookies and it started working.
