@jvegai Could you please share the booking page url with me over DM ? In case, it is not published or shared outside org, please share the snapshot of the url in the browser.

In case, this worked before and started showing this difference recently, please include a snapshot of the email copies (removing any sensitive information), if possible. (over DM)

Staff details sharing over confirmation email is controlled through an admin setting. Can you please refer to the details here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/bookings/turn-bookings-on-or-off?view=o365-worldwide... and confirm if this solves the above issue. Thanks
