Staff details sharing over confirmation email is controlled through an admin setting. Can you please refer to the details here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/bookings/turn-bookings-on-or-off?view=o365-worldwide#block-sharing-staff-details-with-customers and confirm if this solves the above issue. Hello, this is the confirmation email that reaches the client, it does not show the name of the staff with whom they will have the meeting.
Is there a way to display it?
