Additional staff & notifications

Dear all,

 

In a current service, a staff is selected and when a reservation is done, the event is automatically add the the staff outlook calender. That works well.

 

Now, I've added a second staff in the same service and when a new reservation is done at another time table, only the first staff originally selected receives and invitation...

 

If I add 2 or more staff from the begining, that works well.

 

Any idea regarding this issue?
