Access to bookings page

Hello all,

I'm trialling Microsoft Bookings for taking appointments for a service, in which the admin team book appointments on behalf of the advisers.

One of the reasons we chose to use Bookings was that it can automatically email the student a confirmation, but ideally I would like to remove the option for them to rearrange or create a new booking. I don't want the students to access the bookings page at all... is this possible?

The issue is that the student's also have O365 accounts 🙂
