Hey guys, Has anyone managed to use power automate to pull data from Microsoft Bookings into a SharePoint list, to keep a record of things like attendance? Specifically I'm interested for group bookings, as the automate trigger for a new booking seems to only work with the first person booked onto a group session. Additional people booked on would use the updated booking trigger but I don't know how to separate the new data from data that may have already been pulled over. I dunno if that made any sense but any ideas? James 🙂1.1KViews0likes7CommentsRemove "Book time to meet with me" from new mail
Hello, I tested Bookings once, now I have "Book time to meet with me" in every new mail. How do I remove it ? My Microsoft Bookings is currently disabled and I removed Booking for my profile (licence removed / Booking deleted). The link is also dead:This link is not valid. Please contact the organizer to check if the URL is correct. Signature options in Outlook client and OWA are blank and not set. I googled alot and also asked ChatGPT but couldnt find it out. How can I remove it ?Solved36KViews0likes9CommentsRemove permission for customers to cancel meeting
Because of the way our service is set up, the meeting is compulsory. is there any way let customers book the appointment and NOT display the "cancel" option in the bookings page confirmation and in the email confirmation? thanks in advance, this is very important for us and our serviceSolved2.9KViews1like6Comments"Include a link to my bookings page in my signature" option in Desktop Outlook grayed out.
I have completed publishing my Outlook Bookings already, however, when I'm trying to update new signatures, said option is unavailable and I can´t even check it off. I find it weird as even older signatures have the option checked, but either way, I cannot uncheck it.- I happen to have 7 signature entries but per my team's guidelines, we shouldn't erase previous signature entries. Is this an admin blocker or something I can fix myself?132Views0likes0CommentsNetwork problem with personal bookings
Since a few weeks Microsoft Bookings very often shows me a specific notfication: "Temporary problem in personal bookings -Unfortunately, there seems to be a temporary network problem with personal bookings. Please refresh or try again later." My personal booking page then disappears (although I don't even use it, there is nothing set up in there) and I only see the shared bookings pages, which are relevant to me. However, if I want to access them, nothing really works: I can't make any changes, I can't set up a new service, I don't see the employees I added etc. The only thing that works is the booking page itself, so people can make bookings. Only the administration part doesn't function. This happens very often, in the App as well as in the Browser. Even for other colleagues of mine, this happens. I have found out though, that usually it works before 9 am and after 5pm (which are our companys office hours). And it occured as soon as more and more services were added to the page ( I am only talking about 10 services or so, and two shared booking pages.) Our internal tech service couldn't find a problem with my computer or so. Does anyone know, what might be the reason for this? Is there some setting maybe in bookings, that I need to change? I would be very greatful for some tips!235Views1like2CommentsBookings with me not showing all meetings on mobile
I have teachers who have set up various meeting types in Bookings with Me, and all of them are public. When they share the link or generate a QR code for their personal Bookings Page, only one meeting type appears in the mobile view, despite having three or more available. This seems to be inconsistent. However, I've discovered that if you log into Microsoft through the link or by scanning the QR code, all three meeting types will be displayed. In contrast, if you choose to continue as a Guest, only one meeting type will show, though this inconsistency varies across different links and QR codes. I have created different QR codes and tried from IOS vs. Andriod and nothing seems ever to be the same. One time it works, one time it doesn't.82Views0likes0CommentsAdd Guests / Additional Emails While Booking a Meeting with Microsoft Bookings
Is it possible to allow the person booking a MS Bookings meeting to add additional emails as "guests"? For example, someone could add their colleagues who would also like to join the product demo that they're booking. Calendly has this by default and you can add up to 10 additional emails. These people will be invited to the event as well, however, they are no automatically RSVP'd. Can this be achieved with MS Bookings?550Views2likes2CommentsBookings not being accepted by system
We've had several customers call us to say they are unable to make a booking. The common claim is that, when they click 'Book' after filling in their details (using the booking page), the page just reloads. No error messages are showing, and no booking is processed. Some customers have told us they thought they had booked, which is causing unhappy customers/missed appointments. Often, we are unable to replicate the issue so it is unclear what is causing this - though some Booking staff have reported similar issues across different calendars and services. All services are 1:n booking slots (classroom style bookings). I am not sure whether it is possible that appointments are 'locked' whilst other customers are attempting to book into the same appointment? Or whether there may be any issues with particular browsers (anecdotally, customers unable to book appear to often be using an iPhone)? Has anyone else had similar issues, and/or ideas as to what may be behind this? We are a little concerned about platform stability/availability as things stand.Solved714Views1like11CommentsMicrosoft Bookings: Allow double bookings of a staff member
Hello community, I hope someone can help me here, as I was unable to find any answers to this and documentation to Microsoft Bookings feels somewhat barebones. What I want to achieve: I want to have a bookings page, where customers can book appointments with one single staff member and I want to have up to three appointments to happen at the same time, all with the same one staff member. I don't want to use 1:N or group appointments, because the lack some basic functionality, e.g. they act as a single appointment with three slots and not as three distinct appointments. Because of this, the staff member only gets a single E-Mail for the first booking, but not for the others, that are booked later at the same time slot. Using dummy users is not a solution for me, as I want all of the bookings to be in the same Outlook calender of the one staff member, because we don't really use the bookings calender (would be just another tool to log into). So is there any way to enable a limited number of simultaneous 1:1-bookings for the same staff member? Thanks!150Views0likes0CommentsFeature Request: Restrict Name Editing in Shared Bookings for Organization (Similar to MS Forms)
I would like to request a feature for Shared Bookings within our organization. It would be very helpful if there were an option to prevent users from editing their names when making a booking, similar to how Microsoft Forms handles name fields for authenticated users. This feature would improve accuracy, as the names provided would be consistent across bookings. I believe this feature would be beneficial for many organizations. Best regards107Views0likes0Comments
