Why my Office 365 email going to junk or spam in Gmail?
We have added and setup DKIM and DMARC records. still for gmail users emails are going to SPAM folder. I dont know what to change to go inbox? domai: http://www.intensifytech.com
have you ever had Gmail/Gsuite as your email provider? That's my guess here, but without a message header that's a wild shot in the dark
Ricardo Viana We never had GSuite before. We used to have inhouse opensource mail server than we moved O365.

- I don't see anything wrong in the message header. Have you tried to send it to different Gmail accounts? (this will exclude any Gmail personal setting or mobile devices)
