want to forward bulk email

Hello everyone,

we had a domain with one email. Now we bought another email for same domain. I want to forward all old and upcoming emails from specific email address to the new email. I tried using rules but it is not working. Could anyone guide me to do above process.

Thank you for your reply.  I am coufused that with which microsoft business plan this type of tools are exists?
