Shared Teams Calendar - Appointment Issues

No users on our team are able to access a specific Shared Calendar in Outlook. When I try to access it, I get a pop-up that says “The operation failed.”  Trying to troubleshoot so all users who previously had access can now view and add appointments. As of now they're unable too.

Seems related to update from Microsoft recently, can try 'Uncheck Cache mode in Outlook' before the fix

Thanks for your help. Unchecking this option always seems like the go to whenever we experience issues with Outlook. I hope the follow up update to resolve this situation releases soon. Have a great day!
