Select a certificate for authentication server

Copper Contributor

Hello Friends:

I have Windows 11 Pro and Office 365 (Office Setup) installed on my PC and every time I open Word or PowerPoint I get the following message:

Select a certificate for authentication server: o365auditrealtimeingestion.manage.office.com

Can you please tell me how to remove this message?

Thank you in advance for your help

Are you standalone Microsoft 365 user? You may contact your IT support to fix

Hello @Kidd_Ip thanks for your reply. Indeed, I am an independent user and I do not have any IT support, that is the reason why I am asking for help through this medium. I have tried everything in my power, but I have not been able to solve this problem.

To solve this problem, you need to go to certmgr.msc (run) and then go to "Personal" folder then "Certificates" and delete all the adobe certificates in this folder. Next time you'll open office, whis pop up wont show again. Every time it comes back, just delete the adobe certificates once again.

I get this pop-up many times when I open Chrome or Edge, I do not know what certificate to choose.
