"Maximum flood limit reached." What does it mean?

When I tried to post a question here, I always receive a message "Maximum flood limit reached." which prevents me from submitting my question. What does it mean? I did not see any highlighted errors in my question. What's wrong with this forum?

Same here. I'm getting this error in both Edge and Chrome.

I have the same problem on Edge. I went to Chrome and was able to submit successfully.

Hi I came across the same issue using Chrome, but I can submit using Edge. Try using Edge.

I just hit the same error. Basically, they cannot write a form that works on the web. That's the only takeaway I see.

Not sure it's about error occurs when the community receives identical messages from within a short timeframe say 3,600 seconds or an hour, btw, it occurred in certain browsers such as Chrome but not Edge

If this happens to you, please try restarting the browser and logging in anew. This fixed it for me this time.
