Printing feature stopped working, Outlook on the Web.

Same problem in Private mode.
Worked briefly
I was on the phone with the Microsoft support engineer to resolve this, in a Quick Assist remote session, I went to demonstrate this problem and the print feature worked perfectly.
He could say only, maybe an update fixed this.
But a bit later it was again failing.
