Outlook Calendar Invites

Hi,

We send out a roster every Friday that tells people where they have been rostered that weekend. My problem is that if I roster someone to multiple times through calendar, they will get different invites for those calendar requests.

I was wondering if there is a way of creating multiple calendar events, but only sending out one invite email instead of multiple?
