Hi JohnJps, this is widening the scope of this original thread and is not really relevant to it.
i'd suggest create a specific thread for these new points however, re the first point you may have an nk2 file issue. Check out a couple of links which hopefully will proof usefull to you.

re the duplicated emails; i've only seen this on none exchange / pop accounts where the connection to the ISP dropped therefore not ACKing the delivery and so delivers again. i've not seen this with IMAP or exchange, in other words synced accounts.

Dave Rodgers Thanks for your help Dave. Hopefully I won't run in the same issues anytime soon. Other minor issues keep popping for different people though.
One is that: When someone is drafting a new email and types in the recipient, their email does not auto-fill. Now, people haven't been very consistent with saving their contacts, however, if you're emailing someone you've emailed in the past, the email appears even if you don't have them as a contact. For some people that worked as normal after I've uploaded their .pst backup but for a couple it didn't. Is there anything I can do for that? I'm afraid that if I upload their .pst again it might duplicate their messages (although there is an option to not upload duplicates, for some reason it happened to 2 users)
And that's the second point: a couple of users, after more than a week of using Outlook 365 just got some of their emails in their inbox duplicated. Weird issues overall I'd say.

Deleted, i think you may have missed the original post here. It's for outlook and not OWA.
I suggest creating a new thread specifically for OWA so as not to confuse contributors Deleted.
in that new thread, i may suggest trying different browsers but that would be in the new thread and not in this one.

adam deltinger I appreciate everyone's help but I think you are all missing the point of the problem. My Outlook works fine, its the web version, Outlook.com that won't update.
